General terms & conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to purchases made through shop.stakeband.com, the official online shop for Stake merchandise. When placing an order you must declare having read these terms & conditions. By completing your order you accept the terms & conditions.
All prices are indicated in euro and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs nor any customs duties should they apply. The total amount of your order depends on the selected shipping method and the shipping costs for the country of the provided shipping address.
We reserve the right to change prices. The price at the time of placing an order is valid throughout the buying process. When an obviously faulty price is listed due to software or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and you will be notified as soon as possible.
The Stake webshop uses the electronic payment system Mollie for quick and secure online payments. We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, AmEx, iDeal, Bancontact and Apple Pay. You can find all payment options at the bottom of this page and need to select your preferred option when checking out. All orders are payable in euro and must be paid when confirming the order.
Products are available as long as they are in stock. When items are no longer available, this will be indicated on the website. Errors or modifications may sometimes occur in exceptional cases, such as simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. When a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible, giving you the possibility to either order another item, or cancel your order and get a refund. Please note that product descriptions may differ slightly from the actual item. Colours on computer screens may for instance not be 100% accurate.
When placing an order, you must declare having read the general terms & conditions. By completing your order, you accept these general terms & conditions.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, including a summary of your order. Another email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Stake has the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding a previous order.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are delivered through Bpost. Your products will be prepared for shipment as soon as you have completed your order and your payment has been confirmed. We usually ship at least once a week, and not during weekends or on public holidays.
We will group the items of your order in as few shipments as possible. For instance, if your order contains any pre-orders, we will only ship once the pre-ordered items are in stock. If you wish to receive items that are in stock sooner, we recommend you place separate orders.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to arrive in Belgium. For other countries in Europe and the rest of the world this may take up to 14 business days or more. We do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t arrived 14 days after receiving the shipment email (28 days outside Belgium), please contact us at email@example.com stating your order number, and we’ll look into it.
If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them sealed, unused and undamaged. You must do so within 14 days after receiving the item(s), clearly mentioning the order number. Send the package to Toekomststraat 3
8560 Wevelgem, Belgium. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Do not use snail mail, as this is uninsured and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost. Always get a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for lost, broken or damaged packages after shipment. When a package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to the courier immediately. If you notice any damage when you unpack your items, please contact us at email@example.com and include photos of the damage.
When you complete your order, you will by default subscribe to the newsletter, containing the latest news about Stake, shows and releases. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can always untick the box at checkout.
